Margo holds a PhD in Leisure Studies from the University of Waterloo, and has research expertise in time use, quality of life, and the work-leisure relationship. Prior to pursuing her doctorate, Margo worked for Cambridge Public Libraries and Galleries, where she connected people to information resources for their leisure, workplace, and community interests.
Erika has over 13 years of experience in research administration and project management. Previously, she was in the role of Grants Officer at GREO, where she was responsible for the development and continuous improvement of the research award program. In her current role as Knowledge Broker of Research, Erika supports the coordination beuind knowledge translation strategies beyind partners and ensures timely access to all the gambling information that GREO has to offer.

In her early career, Laura worked in various support roles in publishing and academia. Krystal provides administrative support services to the GREO staff and board. Her work extends across several verticals, including daily bookkeeping, human resources, facilities management, event planning and ad hoc KT project work. Her role included vendor and inventory management, customer service and animal care.
